I seem to have problems with PETG layer sticking together what do you think would help?

I sent you an eamail about my issue with the twisting filament in the bowden tube using a dual drive extruder! I took your advice and I realigned the dual hob drive gears and the issue has all but disappeared.

I am using an Anycubic Chiron bed. Should I add insulation? If so what?
