What can I use to fill in joints?

Question about prusaslicer. With the newest version I use the cr10s pro v2 profile but it seems to draw the “print line” right in the middle of my print, like an L shape, then to the side?
I’ve been enjoying printing on my Ender 3 and noticed some light dust on some of the rollers. Is this normal or is this a sign that the rollers are to tight?
